Mohamed Salah rebels against Slot

Khaberni - Media reports confirmed that there are tensions within the corridors of Liverpool FC, after a verbal altercation occurred between the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah and the Dutch coach Arne Slot.

The Egyptian star took a surprising stance after the match that brought Liverpool against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League, by removing his picture in the club's shirt from his account on X, alongside removing the phrase "player at Liverpool FC."

The Egyptian site Yalla Kora mentioned that according to sources close to the club, Mohamed Salah felt disrespected by the coach after he decided to only play him in the last sixteen minutes of the match, a decision that the international Egyptian player, who has been accustomed to starting in major games since joining the team in 2017, did not accept.

The reports indicated that the dialogue between the two parties began inside the dressing room after the end of the game, where Salah expressed his dissatisfaction with the way he was treated, before the matter escalated into a verbal clash, which some teammates intervened in to calm the situation.

The situation became more mysterious after observers noticed Mohamed Salah deleting his picture and the phrase "Liverpool player" from his official account on X, in a move widely interpreted as an expression of the player's anger and perhaps his protest against the coach's decisions.

This tension comes at a sensitive time for the team, which is experiencing a shaky start to the season under the leadership of Arne Slot, and the Dutch coach is trying to impose his new style and restore balance within the team after the deals made by the club last summer.
