Khaberni  - Fans coming from certain countries to support their teams in the World Cup finals must pay a security deposit to obtain an entry visa to the United States, amounting to $15,000.

FIFA is secretly pressing the administration of President Donald Trump to exempt players from this deposit.

5 Teams in the Eye of the Storm

The teams from Algeria, Cape Verde, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Tunisia, which are participating in the World Cup held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will be among a list of 50 countries whose passports will be subject to a new law requiring visitors to pay a security deposit of up to $15,000 to obtain a visa to enter the United States.

A cap may be set for this amount at $5,000 for children, and between $10,000 and $15,000 for adults.

The "Visa Bond pilot program" will start on April 2nd according to what was reported by "The Athletic" newspaper, and no exemption from this security will be allowed, requiring players, as well as coaches, crew members, and any person from a delegation of these five countries, to deposit amounts of up to $15,000 (approximately €12,945).

This amount will be refunded if the departure date does not exceed the date specified in the visa.
