Khaberni - Channel 12 reported that the Israeli Knesset approved the preliminary discussion on the law to impose Israeli sovereignty over the occupied West Bank.
Channel 12 clarified that the bill received the support of 25 votes against 24 opponents.
On his part, the Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said, "The time to impose sovereignty over the West Bank is now."
