Egypt A secret under the bed exposes the terrifying truth in the Ismailia crime

Khaberni - In a new development for the Ismailia crime that sparked controversy in Egypt and is known in the media as "the chainsaw crime," informed sources on the investigations revealed that the 13-year-old suspect had premeditated his crime due to the influence of a bloody drama series.

The sources explained to local media that the child lured his classmate to his family’s home in the new station area, taking advantage of his parents' absence, then attacked him with a wooden stick until he died, before using an electric saw to cut the body into pieces inside the apartment, in a scene described as horrific and unprecedented.

The investigations added that the suspect had previously purchased the crime tools, including medical gloves and plastic bags, and carefully prepared his tools, indicating a premeditated intent to kill. The investigations also revealed that he did not stop at disposing of the body, but he proceeded to cook the victim's foot and tasted a part of it out of curiosity, confessing that the taste "resembles that of a cutlet."
The sources noted that the child hid the remains in his school bag and moved around to dispose of them at various locations near the Ismailia Carrefour area, while some of what was thrown into the fisherman's lake caused odors that later led to the discovery of the crime.

The big surprise
The big surprise came when the suspect's father discovered the situation after smelling blood inside the apartment, informed his sister about it, and began searching, to find a part of the body wrapped in a carpet under the bed. When he confronted his son, the latter claimed that one of his friends committed the crime and asked him to dispose of the body.

The sources continued that the suspect’s father left the house with his other children after discovering what happened, while the son continued his attempts to dispose of the rest of the remains. The prosecution ordered the father to be detained to continue investigations into his prior knowledge of the crime or possible involvement of any family members.

The prosecution also decided to take the suspect to reenact the crime under strict security, perform DNA analysis of the evidence and examine the tools used, in addition to an urgent psychological examination to determine his awareness of his actions and the soundness of his mental faculties.

The public prosecution continues its extensive investigations to uncover the full motives of the crime and ensure there are no potential accomplices.
