Khaberni - Vice President J.D. Vance revealed that his country will not impose anything on any ally regarding the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
Vance said in his speech during a press conference from Kiryat Gat, in the southern occupied territories, that the United States is focusing on the future in Gaza and this is what President Trump requested, confirming that the ceasefire agreement in Gaza will hold.
Vance expressed his optimism, saying that everyone should feel proud of the achievement that Washington has reached.
He views the return of the remains of hostages from Gaza as a difficult task that will not be achieved overnight and everyone needs to be patient.
Vance stated that Israel must agree to the type of forces that will be on the ground in Israel as part of Trump’s plan.
Vance mentioned that Hamas must surrender its arms and act properly, and fighters can receive amnesty, but this will take time, and if Hamas does not cooperate, it will be eliminated.
According to the Vice President, no timeframe will be set for Hamas to deliver the bodies of the hostages since some locations in Gaza are unknown.
Vance explained that the reconstruction funds will not go to areas controlled by Hamas, where the Gaza agreement can essentially lead to normalization and sustainable peace.
