Khaberni - "Cairo News Channel" reported on Tuesday that Hassan Rashad, the head of Egyptian General Intelligence, traveled to Israel to hold meetings with Israeli officials regarding the establishment of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
During his visit, the head of Egyptian Intelligence will discuss ways to facilitate the entry of aid into the strip and overcome the obstacles in implementing the proposal of the American President Donald Trump.
It is also scheduled that the head of Egyptian General Intelligence will meet with the American Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff, who is currently visiting Israel, according to "Cairo News Channel".
