Khaberni - The Border Forces Command within the Iraqi Ministry of Interior has managed to arrest three fishermen holding Kuwaiti nationality in the desert of Muthanna Governorate. They were traveling in a civilian vehicle, and three falcons used for hunting were found in their possession.
The preliminary investigation results showed that the fishermen had violated the regulations and instructions specific to fishing, in addition to breaching the existing laws that regulate the entry of foreign fishermen and the practice of hunting on Iraqi territory.
Legal measures according to the regulations have been taken against them, and they have been referred to the competent authorities to complete the investigation.
