Khaberni - The Director of Drivers and Vehicles Licensing, Brigadier Engineer Omar Al-Quraan, said that the administration is heading towards converting to electronic vouchers and dispensing with plastic licenses completely before the end of this year.
Al-Quraan clarified in a statement to Radio Hala that the administration is currently in the testing phase, where electronic licenses are issued concurrently with plastic licenses, in preparation for fully adopting the electronic system soon.
He indicated that this project is part of the digital transformation plan being implemented by the administration, where transactions and payments will be carried out completely electronically.
