Dr Naeem Abu Nabaa President of the Association of Spanish and Spanishspeaking Countries Medical Graduates

Khaberni - The general body of the Association of Medical Graduates of Spain and Spanish-speaking countries, affiliated with the Medical Syndicate, elected Dr. Naeem Abu Naba'a, a gastroenterology consultant, as the president of the association for the second consecutive time by acclamation.
This was during the meeting held at the Medical and Social Forum of the Medical Syndicate on the evening of Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Dr. Ali Atoum won the vice-presidency, Dr. Sami Al-Khatib as the secretary, Dr. Hanna Mansour as the treasurer, Dr. Salameh Al-Mullaity as the chair of the scientific committee, Dr. Mohammed Atallah as the chair of the social committee, and Dr. Imran Khalaf as a member.
During its meeting, the general body of the association approved the administrative and financial report.
Dr. Abu Naba'a stated that the association aims to strengthen the scientific and professional ties among medical graduates from Spanish-speaking countries, with the goal of supporting continuous medical education. The association also strives to fortify scientific and professional ties between the Spanish and Jordanian medical entities and organizes refresher and educational courses for its members in various medical fields in Spain and Spanish-speaking countries.
The association also invites Spanish scientists to participate in conferences and scientific research in the Kingdom and coordinates with various Spanish medical associations to support the goals of the association.
The number of doctors graduating from Spain and Spanish-speaking countries in the Kingdom is more than (600), working in the private sector, the Ministry of Health, the Royal Medical Services, and Jordanian universities.
Since its establishment in 1997, the Association of Medical Graduates of Spain and Spanish-speaking countries has been instrumental in strengthening professional and scientific relations between the Spanish and Jordanian health sectors, aiming to enhance relationships in favor of health care systems.
