Khaberni - A strange and terrifying incident occurred at a hospital in the Russian Republic of Buryatia, after doctors were surprised by a live spider emerging from the ear of a young child, who was initially thought to be suffering from middle ear inflammation.
According to local media reports, a mother took her child to Kurumakan Hospital after he complained of severe ear pain, with doctors initially thinking it was just an ordinary inflammation.
However, the surprise occurred during the endoscopic examination, when the doctor noticed an unusual amount of earwax and began to carefully remove it before a large black spider jumped out from inside the auditory canal.
The unexpected scene caused a state of panic in the examination room, where the child screamed trying to get away from the insect, while the doctors quickly acted to calm him and ensure his safety.
The subsequent examination confirmed that the child's ear was not damaged, while the spider was safely disposed of.
The hospital administration described the incident as one of the strangest cases their medical staff had encountered, noting that the doctor's quick intervention helped to avoid any potential complications.
