Khaberni - Preliminary data released by the Central Bank revealed a total rise in workers' remittances coming to Jordan by 3.1% during the first eight months of 2025.
The value of remittances during that period reached $2.9757 billion.

The data shows that remittances coming from the United Arab Emirates ranked first in total remittances received by the kingdom, accounting for 21.6%, followed by the United States (19.3%), then Saudi Arabia (18.4%), followed by Qatar (9.6%).

 

Outbound Remittances

As for outbound remittances from the kingdom, they increased by 15.3% to reach $1.1419 billion.
The data indicates that Egypt accounted for the highest percentage of outbound remittances from the kingdom at 39.1%, followed by Bangladesh (11.0%), then the UAE (5.9%), followed by the Philippines (5.5%).
