This project marks a surprising step in Jenner's career, transitioning from the world of cosmetics and reality fame to the big screen, where she stars alongside Charli XCX, while Aiden Zamiri directs, having written the screenplay alongside Bertie Brandes.
The film includes a cast of stars including Rosanna Arquette, Alexander Skarsgård, Kate Berlant, Jamie Demetriou, and Rachel Sennott, along with other notable names such as Shea Giral and AJ Cook, who will also compose the film's score. The film is announced to be released in 2026.
According to "Deadline", the film tells the story of an upcoming pop star (played by Charli XCX) who faces the struggles of fame and pressures of the music industry, while Kylie Jenner plays a pivotal role alongside her in a plot that combines drama, music, and personal identity.
Jenner shared her excitement for the new work with her audience, as she reposted the teaser video via Instagram Stories, accompanied by a green heart in reference to Charli's famous album "Brat".
