Khaberni - The average price of gasoline types (octane 90 and 95) decreased in the first week of the current month, compared to the average price in September, while the average price of diesel increased, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
The average price of gasoline (octane 95) in the first week of October was $669 per ton compared to the average price in September, which was $697 per ton, marking a decrease of 4%.
According to the bulletin, the average price of gasoline (octane 90) in the first week of October was $646 per ton compared to the average price in September, which was $676 per ton, marking a decrease of 4.4%.
In contrast, the average price of diesel increased from $640 per ton to $642 per ton, with an increase of 0.4%, while the average price of kerosene in the first week of October remained stable at the September level of $670 per ton.
On the other hand, the average price of fuel oil decreased from $397 per ton to $390 per ton, with a decrease of 1.7%, and the average price of liquefied petroleum gas in the first week of October was $480 per ton compared to the average price in September, which was about $498 per ton, with a decrease of approximately 3.6%.
As for the price of Brent crude, the average price decreased in the first week of the current month to $67 per barrel compared to the average price in September, which was about $68 per barrel, with a decrease of approximately 1.5%.
