Khaberni - The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia announces that holders of all types of visas are allowed to perform Umrah, as part of facilitating services and achieving the targets of "Vision 2030".
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia confirmed that all visa holders, of all types, can perform Umrah rituals during their stay in the kingdom, as part of its efforts to facilitate procedures for the guests of mercy and to expand the circle of beneficiaries from the services of the Hajj and Umrah system, in line with the targets of "Saudi Vision 2030".
Umrah available to all visitors
The ministry explained, in a statement conveyed by the Saudi Press Agency today, Sunday, that the included visas encompass the personal and family visit visa, the electronic tourist visa, the transit visa, and the work visa, in addition to other various visa types. It indicated that this decision continues the kingdom's approach to facilitating the arrival of Muslims from around the world to perform religious rites and rituals in an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility.
The ministry revealed that it recently launched the "Nusk Umrah" platform for those wishing to perform Umrah directly, where the platform allows beneficiaries to access, select suitable packages, and issue Umrah permits electronically with ease, as part of a comprehensive digital experience that enables users to book services and schedule appointments flexibly and accurately.
This development is part of a series of digital initiatives carried out by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to develop the services provided to the guests of mercy, and enhance the quality of the Umrah experience in line with the comprehensive digital transformation that the kingdom is witnessing.
