Khaberni - Gastroenterologist Dr. Sorab Thesi said that adding simple elements to your morning coffee might make it the optimal choice for health.

In a video on YouTube and Instagram seen by over a million people, Sorab advised his followers to add a sprinkle of cinnamon to their coffee to reduce blood sugar levels.

The second ingredient comes from coconut, or milk derived from it, as coconut contains fats and oils that support brain health.

Cholesterol
According to the "Mirror" newspaper, the third ingredient is a sprinkle of dark chocolate, which helps lower cholesterol.

The doctor said, "Just a sprinkle of cinnamon helps reduce peaks in blood sugar and increase effective antioxidants."

Dark Chocolate
Sorab explained that dark chocolate powder is "rich in polyphenols, which work with coffee to nourish beneficial gut bacteria. Studies show that these polyphenols found in chocolate help increase levels of beneficial gut bacteria like lactobacillus and bifidobacteria."

Dark chocolate is rich in biologically active organic compounds that act as antioxidants, help reduce cholesterol, and also manage blood glucose levels.
