Khaberni - The Russian Cultural Center (The Russian House), in Amman, announced the availability of 175 scholarships for Jordanian students in institutes and universities in the Russian Federation for the upcoming academic year 2026.
The center's director, Rubin Ghazanchian, told Petra that the scholarships cover undergraduate (Bachelor's) and postgraduate (Master’s, PhD) studies in all scientific, technical, and humanities fields across various Russian universities.
He added that the scholarship also covers full university fees even during the Russian language study phase and university housing for a nominal fee paid by the student, while a nominal monthly financial amount will also be allocated to each student. All Jordanian students can apply for this scholarship, which has been announced annually by (The Russian House) in Amman for many years.
He clarified that the application period will be open until January 15 through the link (education-in-russia.com), and applicants can choose universities and ensure that the selected university is recognized by the Jordanian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Ghazanchian mentioned that the required documents to apply are a copy of the passport and academic certificates, and if the applicant is still a student at school or university, they should provide a transcript of the last six months and upload it on their application registration page. After filling out the questionnaire, the student should print it, date and sign it, and then upload the signed application form to their personal account on the site.
He confirmed that the Russian Cultural Center is ready to assist any student who wishes to apply for this scholarship, noting that it is possible to visit the center in Jabal Amman area, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
