Khaberni - The Judicial Enforcement Administration confirmed that judicial notifications sent via text messages are considered valid and produce their legal effects in accordance with the prevailing Jordanian legislation, clarifying that the law does not allow claiming ignorance of the content of the notification once it is sent to the number declared in the court records.
The administration emphasized that ignoring these messages is considered an implicit consent to the continuation of legal procedures against the notified, urging everyone to follow up on the official text messages issued by the courts and to deal with them seriously to avoid legal accountability.
