What happens to your body if you eat an apple every day for a week

Khaberni - Despite the advice of nutrition experts to eat more fruits and vegetables on all occasions, the old saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" was almost forgotten.

Therefore, renowned nutritionist Lauren Manaker undertook eating an apple daily for a week as a self-experiment to explore the direct effects on the body.

According to Prevention website, Dr. Manaker said that before starting her personal experiment, she did not expect any radical transformations, considering it was just one week and one apple. Surprisingly, she noted slight but significant changes.

First, Dr. Manaker experienced regular digestion. There was also a stabilization in energy levels, especially in the afternoon. She added that she felt joyful after consuming the apple at the usual daily time. Dr. Manaker explained that as a nutrition specialist, she knows that eating more fruits, such as apples, is associated with a variety of positive health outcomes, like improved heart health and reduced cancer risk.
