Khaberni - Hebrew media reports state that the global sports footwear and apparel company "Reebok" has asked the Israeli football team to remove the brand's logo from their official uniform.

According to sources, "Reebok" directed its request to the local equipment supplier "MSG" Group, urging it to withdraw its logo from the shirts and clothing of the Israeli national team.

Reebok did not immediately comment when contacted by "The Times of Israel" for clarification.

For its part, the Israel Football Association expressed deep regret and stated in an official statement: "We regret Reebok's decision to succumb to the boycott threats, which are completely irrelevant to the matter."

The association reaffirmed in its statement that there are "clear laws against boycotting," noting that it will explore "all available legal options."

The federation emphasized that the federation's logo and the Israeli flag will continue to be "proudly displayed" on all the outfits of the national team, expressing confidence that "a more courageous and honest sponsor will be found soon."
