Khaberni - The British newspaper Telegraph has revealed exciting details about the working methods of coach Mikel Arteta.
The newspaper reported that the English Arsenal coach continued searching for unconventional ideas that could give his team an edge, revealing his plan to utilize the expertise of the Royal Air Force (RAF) fighter pilots to enhance his communication methods with his players on the field.
It explained, "Mikel Arteta believes that pilots possess exceptional skills in clear and precise communication, especially under extreme pressure situations where they have to make crucial decisions quickly with their teams in the air, in environments that tolerate no errors."
It added, "This ability for collective coordination, in his opinion, could serve as a practical model for football players when facing critical moments in matches."
It continued, "The Spanish coach considers that transferring these methods to his players will give them an advantage in major matches, where immediate and effective communication between lines becomes a decisive factor in achieving tactical superiority. This step is part of a series of Arteta’s previous innovations like the famous 'light bulb' lecture and playing loud music during training sessions to simulate match environments."
It elaborated, "With these initiatives, Arteta aims to build a team that is more capable of handling pressures and quick decisions, believing that such small details could make a difference in the competition for championships."
