Khaberni -Days after her release from prison, media personality Fajr Al-Saeed confirmed her determination to take legal action against anyone who offends her or damages her dignity and reputation, inside or outside Kuwait, affirming her adherence to her constitutional and legal right to address all violations against her.
The Kuwaiti media personality posted on her official Instagram page a statement issued by the "Rikaz" legal group, which represents her legally, stating that the group has started taking all necessary legal measures against anyone who assaults their client Fajr Al-Saeed by defamation or undermining her media status.
The statement confirmed that the group monitors all violations that spread across social media platforms and will take necessary legal action against any detected abuse, in order to preserve their client's dignity and protect her rights, emphasizing that Fajr respects the principle of freedom of expression guaranteed by the constitution and law, but this freedom does not mean infringing on dignities or defaming individuals under the pretext of expressing opinions.
The group also called for adherence to the ethics of publishing and the values of responsible dialogue, noting that they are monitoring all transgressions and will take necessary legal steps to protect their client from any abuse, which has widely resonated with the audience, praising her return to social media appearances, albeit quieter and no longer engaging in politics.
