Both the 512 gigabytes and 1 terabyte versions come with 16 gigabytes of RAM, while the base version with 256 gigabytes gets 12 gigabytes of RAM.
The higher capacities also use Zoned UFS technology aimed at providing faster data handling performance.

Pixel 11 Pro relies on the Google Tensor G6 processor manufactured with 2 nanometer technology, along with the Titan M3 security chip, and the MediaTek M90 modem to support 5G communications.
