What You Eat in Your Thirties May Determine Your Health in Your Fifties

Khaberni - While many think that the impact of dietary habits only starts to show with age advancement, nutrition experts reveal that what we consume in our youth may leave its deep mark after decades. The body does not forget, and daily choices may become a significant health difference later.
  
In a report published by the Spanish "Huff Post", nutrition expert Ana Luzon clarifies that the idea of "I can eat whatever I want now and fix it later" is not entirely accurate; because health in the forties and fifties is directly affected by lifestyle in the twenties and thirties.  

Luzon points out that some people who follow an unbalanced diet at an early age may face metabolic problems, weight gain, or reduced energy in later stages of their lives. On the other hand, others might benefit from the same foods if their daily habits are generally healthy and balanced; making the effect "relative" and not absolute.
  
The expert confirms that it is not about a single food itself, but about the overall picture of diet and lifestyle, including sleep, physical activity, and stress levels. All these factors interact with each other to determine how the body will handle food over the years. 

She also stresses that improvement is possible at any age, but the results vary according to each person's health history. The body has an ability to adapt, but "early investment" in health yields better long-term results.
  
Luzon concludes by emphasizing that early nutritional awareness is not a luxury, but an essential step to reduce the risks of chronic diseases, according to the newspaper.
