Khaberni - The provinces of the kingdom are preparing for a broad national public scene at dawn on Tuesday, in support of the national football team in its anticipated confrontation against the Algerian team, as part of the competitions of the second round of Group 10 in the 2026 World Cup finals.
The match will take place at 6:00 AM Jordan time, at the San Francisco Bay Area Stadium in the United States, in an Arab confrontation that holds great significance for both teams in the race to qualify for the next round.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Government Communications, the Tourism Promotion Authority, the Greater Amman Municipality, the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, local municipalities, and institutions continue to organize public events to watch Al-Nashama’s matches live at various locations across the kingdom.
Youth Minister Raed Al-Adwan emphasized the importance of intensifying the promotion of the media plan covering the match and focusing on digital platforms and social media.
Al-Adwan said, during a meeting held in the Jerash Governorate to follow up on preparations for the public event, that the main committee in Amman is responsible for providing various forms of support and logistical services necessary to ensure the success of the event, emphasizing the importance of enhancing efforts related to the reception of fans and following up on preparations for the anticipated match.
In the capital, Amman, preparations continue to welcome fans at the Roman Theater, Al-Hashemi Square, and the Odeon Theater, where the gates will open to the public two hours before the match, providing viewing areas and organizing the flow of entry and exit in accordance with the expected turnout.
In the Jerash Governorate, the archaeological city will host a public event for watching the match on three giant screens distributed in the North Theater, the South Theater, and the Oval Plaza, within a national atmosphere aimed at uniting the fans behind the national team and showcasing Jordanian archaeological and tourist sites.
The match will also be broadcast in Arab Revolution Grand Plaza in Aqaba, Al-Hassan Youth City "Gymnasium Hall" in Irbid, and Prince Faisal Sport City in Karak, in addition to more than 60 youth centers scattered throughout the kingdom, allowing the largest possible number of fans to watch the match and support the national team.
In Petra, the cultural village is preparing to host a public event to watch the national team matches in a venue that can accommodate about five thousand people, as part of efforts to provide interactive atmospheres for fans and visitors coinciding with Al-Nashama's participation in the World Cup.
These events are an extension of the public scene witnessed at the Roman Theater during the previous match, reflecting the popular rallying around the national team in its first participation in the history of the World Cup finals.
Al-Nashama enters the match searching for a positive result after losing to Austria in the first round, while the Algerian team looks to compensate for its loss against Argentina, which adds significant importance to the encounter in the standings of Group 10 which also includes Argentina and Austria.

Abroad, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Tourism Promotion Authority continue to support events accompanying Al-Nashama’s participation, by establishing "Jordanian House 2026" in San Jose, California, on June 21-22, in cooperation with the League of Al-Nashama Fans in the United States and a number of partners and supporters.
"Jordanian House" aims to provide a gathering space for members of the Jordanian community and Arab fans, showcasing the national identity and Jordanian heritage, through a program that includes artistic, cultural, and entertainment events, such as Jordanian Dabke and folklore performances, music evenings, and fan competitions, alongside watching the matches in a national atmosphere.
The organizing bodies invite fans to arrive early, adhere to organizational instructions, and wear red in sync with the national team wearing the red kit in the match, shaping a color that unites Al-Nashama and its fans in a unified national scene that expresses pride and belonging.
Group 10 includes the teams of Jordan, Algeria, Argentina, and Austria, and the second round also features a match between Argentina and Austria, a meeting that could have direct implications on the group’s standing and qualification calculations.
The national team will conclude its journey in the group stage with a match against the Argentine team on June 28 at 5:00 AM Jordan time at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA.
