Khaberni - SPORTbible newspaper chose the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah as part of the list of the top 50 players of the current season in the English Premier League, confirming his ongoing impact within one of the strongest leagues in the world.
Salah was chosen thanks to his outstanding numbers this season, as he continues to play a pivotal role in Liverpool's attack, both by scoring goals and creating opportunities, maintaining his status as one of the most influential players in the championship.
The top of the list included prominent names, with Bruno Fernandes coming in first, followed by Erling Haaland, then the Arsenal trio: Declan Rice, William Saliba, and Bukayo Saka.
During his time with Liverpool since joining in 2017 from Roma, Salah has scored 257 goals in 440 matches, placing him third in the club's all-time top scorers list.
He has also won 4 Premier League Golden Boot awards and was a crucial element in the team's league title wins twice, in addition to leading the team to a Champions League title in 2019.
With his contract nearing an end, reports suggest that Salah might leave Liverpool at the end of the season, after a nine-year career filled with achievements, opening the door to a new phase in his football journey.
In addition to the league and Champions League, Salah has helped win several other titles, most notably the FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, FA Cup, and the EFL Cup, confirming his status as one of the greatest players in the club's history.
