Khaberni - Informed sources reported that the news about the closure of Iranian schools in the UAE is true, but Iranian students in the UAE have not been deprived of education.
Yesterday, Wednesday, Ali Farhadi, the spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Education, announced the closure of 7 Iranian schools in the UAE and Kuwait.
He added in statements carried by the official news agency “IRNA”: “The goal is to ensure that there is no disruption in the education of Iranian students under any circumstances.”
Farhadi also criticized what he described as the “illegal” step by the UAE government to expel about 2,500 Iranian students, pointing out that in coordination with Oman, these students will continue their education there until the end of the school year.
He mentioned that Iranian schools in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE are currently operating remotely, and it is expected that the school year will end virtually.
