Khaberni - Infinix launched the Infinix GT 50 Pro, a gaming phone with a unique liquid cooling system in the industry, operating with a precision pump, and more similar in performance to gaming computers than smartphones.
The phone's unique design allows viewing the flow of the cooling fluid through a transparent window on the back side of the phone.
The "HydroFlow" liquid cooling system relies on a ceramic thermal pump using piezoelectric technology, which circulates a specially designed cooling fluid at a rate of 6.5 ml per minute through precisely laser-engraved channels, according to a report by "Digital Trends", a technology news website.
This system covers 100% of the primary heat sources in the phone over a membrane area of 6,437 mm². This simply means that the phone remains cool even during long, intense gaming sessions.
For enhanced performance, users can add the "GT Magcharge Cooler 2.0" attachment which provides 12 watts of active electrothermal cooling.
The most notable feature of this attachment is the bypass wireless charging, which directs energy directly to the processor instead of the battery, reducing heat at its source and preserving the battery's health over the long term.
Phone Specifications
The phone operates with a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate processor, with speeds of up to 3.25 GHz.
The phone comes with 12 GB of RAM and two storage options of 256 GB or 512 GB.
The battery supports 6,500 mAh with 45 watts wired charging and 30 watts wireless charging.
The phone is equipped with a 6.78 inches screen with 1.5K resolution and supports a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz with peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
For control, the phone comes with "Pressure-Sense GT Triggers" which are dual mechanical shoulder buttons operating with pressure having 10 levels of pressure and a reaction time less than 20 milliseconds, providing console-level control. Shoulder buttons are additional buttons usually found on the side or top of the phone, used in games.
The phone comes with a main camera of 50 megapixels with optical image stabilization, and an ultrawide camera of 8 megapixels.
The XOS 16 system adds special features like "AI Smart Trigger " for automating complex movements within games, and a feature "AI Magic Voice Changer" for changing the voice in team talks.
The GT 50 Pro phone is available in dark black, fiery red, and icy silver colors. The price of the phone has not been officially confirmed yet, but it will be released first in Indonesia.
