Khaberni Egyptian actor Khaled El Sawy reveals details about his recent gastric sleeve and gallbladder removal surgeries, stressing that the decision was made for health reasons and based on medical advice.
During his appearance on the program "With You Mona El-Shazly" presented by media person Mona El-Shazly, El Sawy explained that his goal was to improve his health condition and lose excess weight, especially since he suffers from issues like herniated discs.
He noted that the surgery was classified as high-risk, but he decided to go through with it to make a radical change in his lifestyle, confirming that the results were positive, saying that he indeed managed to change his life after the surgery.
On his part, actor Majed El Masry revealed that he received wills from El Sawy before entering the operating room, reflecting the anxiety he was experiencing. El Sawy responded, explaining that he makes it a point to write his wills in similar situations, such as traveling, due to his responsibility towards his family.
El Sawy confirmed his current commitment to a strict health regimen that includes taking dietary supplements and vitamins, in addition to exercising and regulating sleep schedules, aiming to maintain his fitness.
In the same context, producer Raymond Makar pointed to the noticeable change in El Sawy's life, both health-wise and personally, noting his significant commitment to a more disciplined lifestyle.
