Netanyahu Reveals Undergoing Surgery and Radiation Therapy to Remove a Cancerous Tumor

Khaberni - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for the first time, announced that he has undergone treatment for a malignant tumor in the prostate, following a previous surgery conducted in December 2024 to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Netanyahu included this information in a lengthy statement published on social media, accompanied by the release of his annual health assessment report, according to The Times of Israel.

Despite the tumor - which Netanyahu confirmed has been successfully treated - the medical assessment reported that the Israeli Prime Minister (76 years old) is in good health, noting that all blood test results and fitness tests came back normal.

The medical assessment also noted that Netanyahu's heart health is good, confirming that no health issues have arisen since he underwent a pacemaker implantation surgery in July 2023.

In March 2024, he underwent surgery to treat a hernia.

For his part, Netanyahu stated on social media that he had delayed releasing his medical report for two months, wishing to prevent "the terrorist regime in Iran from spreading more false propaganda against Israel."

It is noted that at the height of the fighting in March of last year, rumors spread on the internet alleging Netanyahu's injury or death.
