US Secretary of War We Gave a Gift to the World with What We Did in Iran

Khaberni - U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth painted a bleak picture of the current situation in Iran and stated that Washington "gave a gift to the world with its actions against Iran", referring to the American blockade of its ships and trade through the Strait of Hormuz.

Pete Hegseth emphasized that the American naval blockade now takes on a "global dimension".

He announced that the U.S. Armed Forces "are controlling the Iranian waters", pointing out that "34 ships have been turned back from the Strait of Hormuz" since the beginning of the naval blockade, committing to seizing more Iranian oil tankers in the coming days.

He said: "We are tightening the blockade on Iran and nothing enters or exits from it".

Regarding the nuclear issue, he stated that "Iran will never possess nuclear weapons" and that "time is not in its favor" amidst the escalating blockade.

He continued: "Iran has an opportunity to strike a good deal. Iran has been at war with us for 47 years" which places the negotiations within a framework of long-term strategic pressure.
