Khaberni - Criminal investigation personnel arrested a receptionist at an institution on suspicion of stealing a sum of money from a woman's wallet, who had visited the institution to complete a particular transaction.
A security source, according to what journalist Ghazi Mraiat reported in Al Rai daily, said that the woman came to the institution and met with the receptionist to inquire about the procedures of her transaction, and while talking to him, she placed her wallet on the "counter", which contained about 200 dinars, in addition to her identification papers. After leaving the place, she checked her wallet to discover the disappearance of the money, which led her to file a complaint against the perpetrator.
The source added that upon reviewing the surveillance cameras at the location, the receptionist was seen picking up the wallet from the "counter", opening it, and removing contents from it before leaving the place.
