Khaberni - Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shara met in the Qatari capital, Doha, today with the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, where the two sides held a meeting in the presence of a number of officials from both countries.
Both sides affirmed during the meeting the importance of bilateral relations and their development in various fields, especially the economic and investment fields, and the enhancement of trade connectivity between the two countries.
Al-Shara renewed Syria's solidarity with the State of Qatar and the Arab countries that were attacked by Iran, and the meeting also covered updates on regional and international situations and ways to coordinate jointly to preserve the security and stability of the region.
