Saudi Ministry of Hajj Activation of Electronic Systems Applied for the First Time to Monitor Rituals and Emotions

Khaberni - The Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah inspected the camps in Mina; to check their readiness in preparation for the Hajj season of 1447 AH, within the framework of ongoing field monitoring to enhance the quality of services provided to the guests of the Merciful.

During the visit, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that preparations for organizing accommodation in the sacred sites had started early on, praising the high level of readiness of the Mina camps, which reflects the efficiency of early planning and the integration of coordination among the related entities, contributing to operational efficiency and improving the pilgrim's experience.

He pointed out that this year electronic systems have been activated for the first time; to monitor the movement of pilgrims, and to organize the entry and exit operations from the camps, besides installing informational panels at entrances and exits of the camps, clarifying exit and return times and other guidance, which enhances pilgrims' awareness of the smoot flow plans, and helps in regulating their movement within the sacred sites, ensuring their safety, God willing.

This visit is part of the continuous efforts of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in monitoring the readiness of the sacred sites, ensuring that preparations are comprehensive for the Hajj season, achieving the targets of Vision 2030 of the Kingdom, and the Guest of the Merciful service program in delivering a facilitated and reassuring Hajj experience.
