It has a shimmering star
Abu Hussein, how graceful
His people and leaders love him
We raised the flag for our king
Above the peaks, as usual
We raised the flag, higher and higher
Jordan’s people, full of vigor
The love of the homeland is in my heart

Said religion unites us
He is aware and insightful
Our flag’s design is truly beautiful
Its meanings are clear
The red color is the color of blood
The blood of martyrs forever
The green color is the plain of love
The people of Jordan, its north
The black color is our blackness
The faces of foes, the scum
Pray, my brothers, for the Guide
May it benefit us now and at the moment
Pray, my brothers and sisters
For Judgment Day and this hour
