Trump Rules Out Extending Ceasefire with Iran and Hints at Busy Two Days

Khaberni - Despite his hint at the near end of the war against Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that he "is not thinking about extending the ceasefire".

He said in statements to "ABC" today, Wednesday, that he "does not believe that it will be necessary", referring to the extension of the ceasefire announced by Pakistan last Wednesday, for two weeks between Iran on one side and America and Israel on the other.
He pointed out that "the regime in Iran is now different after America removed the extremists", according to his expression.

He also considered that "the next two days will be full of events", without going into further details.

Furthermore, he saw that "reaching a better agreement for Iranians because it will enable them to rebuild their country". He stated: "It may end up either way but I believe reaching an agreement is best as it enables them to rebuild"

Regarding NATO, Trump repeated his criticisms, emphasizing that it "did not support the United States and will not do so in the future".
The U.S. president mentioned yesterday about undertaking a new round of negotiations with Iran in the next two days.

However, U.S. and Iranian officials later reported that no date had been set yet for the second round of talks.

Meanwhile, U.S. sources speculated that Vice President JD Vance would lead the U.S. delegation in the upcoming new round, with the participation of Special Envoy Steve Whitcov and Jared Kushner, who also led the first round.

It is worth mentioning that the first round of direct talks between the U.S. and Iranian sides, which took place in Islamabad last Saturday, did not lead to an agreement on several issues including uranium enrichment, support for proxies, and the Iranian missile program.
