College of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University holds an interactive meeting for its students and graduates

Khaberni - Stemming from Amman Arab University's commitment to enhancing effective communication with its students and graduates, and establishing a culture of constructive dialogue that contributes to the development of the educational process, and elevating the level of academic services under the directives of Professor Mohammad Al-Wadiyan, President of the University, Professor Malik Al Saleem Al-Anaqra, Dean of the College of Aviation Sciences, met with new students and college graduates, attended by Dr. Ahmad Al-Hasban, Head of the Department of Aviation Sciences and Management, and faculty members of the college. The meeting focused on following their academic and professional affairs, and listening to their opinions and suggestions to enhance the quality of education and meet the requirements of the aviation sector.

Dr. Al-Anaqra initiated the meeting with a welcoming speech expressing his pleasure in the new students joining Amman Arab University, emphasizing that the College of Aviation Sciences strives from the first moment to prepare a supportive and stimulating educational environment that helps students smoothly integrate into university life, developing their sense of responsibility and affiliation, supporting their educational and practical journey, and highlighted that one of the college's top priorities is to offer quality academic and training programs, and providing modern facilities and equipment that contribute to building qualified competencies that can compete in the local, regional, and international job markets. For new students, the meeting discussed several topics concerning their transition to university life, where their opinions about their initial experience at the university, the extent of their integration into the educational environment, and their impressions toward the university's various facilities and the services it offers in terms of academic, administrative, and technical aspects were heard. This includes introducing the services provided by the College of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University to support students, such as academic advising, continuous monitoring of their academic journey, providing practical training and professional qualification opportunities, and the emphasis on the importance of adhering to the university's regulations and instructions, and making use of the available possibilities to achieve academic excellence and professional success.

Dr. Al-Anaqra also emphasized to the college graduates the importance of continuing communication with them and considering them fundamental partners in the journey of development and excellence, for what they possess of practical experiences that contribute to enhancing the quality of academic programs and linking them to the requirements of the job market. During the meeting, discussions were held about the graduates' experiences at their various job locations in the aviation sector, and listening to their opinions and observations about the skills and knowledge required by the job market, and examining ways to enhance future employment and training opportunities for college students, and encouraging graduates to transfer their experiences to current students and contribute to supporting the college's journey.

Dr. Al-Hasban affirmed that the college pays great attention to following up on students from their enrollment at the university until their graduation and integration into the job market, noting that feedback from students and graduates is an important indicator for developing study plans and improving the quality of educational outcomes, and he emphasized the importance of enhancing students' scientific and practical skills, and developing their capabilities in the fields of communication, teamwork, and professional commitment, in line with international standards in the aviation sector.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Al-Anaqra expressed his thanks and appreciation to the new students and graduates for their active participation and positive interaction, confirming that the College of Aviation Sciences will continue organizing such periodic meetings that enhance the bridges of communication between the college administration and its students and graduates, and contribute to achieving its vision towards academic and professional excellence and community service.
