Khaberni - Citizens reported that the "Click" instant payment service malfunctioned in the past few hours.
Citizens told "Khaberni" that after completing the initial payment steps, they wait for the "Security Verification" message known as (OTP), which includes a secret code that must be entered to complete the payment process. However, this message is significantly delayed, and the process times out before its arrival, leading to payment failure.
