Khaberni - The General Union of Petroleum and Chemicals Workers in Jordan, chaired by Khaled Al-Zayoud, issued a statement expressing its pride and esteem for the firm stances of the Hashemite leadership in defending Jordan's sovereignty and protecting its security and stability under the delicate circumstances the region is undergoing.
The union expressed its high appreciation for the significant role played by the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, and security agencies, who have proven their readiness and competence in addressing anything that compromises national security, embodying the highest levels of commitment and sacrifice for Jordan.
The union strongly condemned the Iranian assaults on Jordanian territory, considering them an unacceptable violation of national sovereignty and a serious breach of international norms and laws, affirming that Jordan will remain strong with its institutions and leadership in the face of any threat.
In the same context, the union valued the exceptional efforts made by the workers of the petroleum and chemicals sector, who continued to work day and night with high national spirit, to ensure the continuous supply of energy to the kingdom without any shortage or disruption, despite the challenges and circumstances.
The union emphasized that the actions of the workers reflect a responsible national sense and genuine belonging, confirming that serving the nation and securing its basic needs is a duty that does not stop at any circumstance.
