What are the ten terms proposed by Iran to end the war

Khaberni  - The world breathed a sigh of relief after US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire with Iran for two weeks following an agreement that was nearly reached on all previous points of contention between the two parties, according to him.

President Trump said that reaching that agreement was based on a 10-point Iranian proposal, which he described as a "valid basis for negotiations to end previous disputes."

The Iranian media indicated that the Iranian proposal includes a protocol for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz. The proposal also covered Iranian demands for lifting sanctions, rebuilding damaged infrastructure, and ending hostilities in the Middle East.

Iranian and international media outlets reported on the contents of the Iranian proposal, awaiting the unveiling of its official formulation.

According to the Iranian Tasnim Agency, the clauses of the Iranian proposal include:

– A pledge by the United States in principle to guarantee non-aggression.
– Continuation of Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz.
– Acceptance of enrichment.
– Lifting all primary sanctions.
– Lifting all secondary sanctions.
– Ending all United Nations Security Council resolutions.
– Ending all decisions of the IAEA Board of Governors.
– Payment of compensations to Iran.
– Withdrawal of American combat forces from the region.
– Stopping the war on all fronts, including against the heroic Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.

Additional details
The New York Times reported that the Iranian proposal - conveyed by Pakistani mediators - seeks a permanent settlement, quoting Iranian officials as saying that the plan represents a comprehensive roadmap to end the war.

According to the New York Times, the proposal stipulates the complete lifting of all international sanctions on Iran and providing an official guarantee that Iran will not be subjected to future attacks, in addition to stopping Israeli military operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The proposal includes lifting Iran's blockade on the main navigation route through the Strait of Hormuz, and imposing a tariff of two million dollars per ship to be shared between Iran and the Sultanate of Oman.

Additionally, the proposal calls for Iran to use its share of the Strait of Hormuz transit fees to rebuild infrastructure damaged by American and Israeli attacks, instead of directly demanding compensations.
