Khaberni - Two deputies demanded the reopening of the second article of the Education, Learning, and Human Resources Development Law, due to a voting error on one of the definitions, confirming that the vote was conducted on administrative professions instead of specialized professions.
In response, the Minister of Education and Learning, Azmi Muhafaza, explained that specialized professions already receive a teacher's bonus, pointing out that the amendment brought nothing new, while the council agreed to revote with a majority.
The session witnessed a controversy under the dome after a deputy objected to the voting process without being given the opportunity to speak, which led to raised voices and a heated debate.
