Khaberni - The number of fatalities due to the Iranian missile strike in the city of Haifa, which targeted an inhabited residential building last Sunday, rose to 4 after the last two missing bodies were retrieved today by rescue and ambulance teams following hours of searching for individuals trapped under the rubble.
The Red Star of David reported that the two bodies found belong to an elderly man and woman in their eighties, who showed no signs of life, leaving the teams no choice but to declare their deaths at the scene.
Iran intensifies its attacks:
On the 38th day of the American-Israeli war on Iran, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards intensified rocket attacks on Israeli targets, while the American-Israeli raids resulted in fatalities in the capital, Tehran. Meanwhile, diplomatic efforts continue to reach a temporary ceasefire that may pave the way for a permanent end to the war.
Iran launched five rocket volleys in the early hours of Monday, targeting several cities and locations in Israel, particularly Tel Aviv, Negev, Beersheba, Haifa, and their surroundings, injuring seven people, including one seriously injured and causing panic in greater Tel Aviv.
In the context of the rocket attacks, Israeli media reported that explosive heads and shrapnel scattered across 15 sites in central Israel, including an explosive head hitting a building in Tel Aviv, causing material damage and a broad state of alert.
Simultaneously, diplomatic talks facilitated by regional mediators between Washington and Tehran are ongoing to discuss a potential 45-day ceasefire that could lead to a permanent end to the war. American and Israeli sources confirmed that the chances of reaching a partial agreement within the next 48 hours are slim, but they represent the final opportunity to prevent a broader escalation that could include strikes on civilian and Iranian facilities.
