What the enemy is plotting for AlAqsa
الكاتب: عوض ضيف الله الملاحمه

Awad Daifallah Al-Malahmeh

Arabs and Muslims should not consider the closure of Al-Aqsa as an end in itself, ever. The closure of Al-Aqsa for more than a month instills fear and suggests that something is being plotted for Al-Aqsa during a dark night, which necessitated a complete closure. And what I fear is that we might wake up one day soon and discover that we are facing a great calamity, God forbid.

To confirm the magnitude of the danger, and to illustrate what the enemy is scheming in the dark, here is what has leaked— and what is hidden is greater, larger, and more dangerous—regarding what the enemy has been doing in Al-Aqsa Mosque, here I will list for those who are unaware of the constructions and excavations carried out by the enemy ((and completed)) under Al-Aqsa Mosque—yes, under Al-Aqsa Mosque—and they are:—
1) The Western Tunnel (Western Wall Tunnel), which runs along the western wall of the mosque from south to north (from the area of Bab al-Magharibah to Bab al-Amud). It began in the seventies, and was opened (yes, it was opened) to the public since 1996. It ((reaches the foundations of Al-Aqsa)), and its opening previously led to the outbreak of the 'Tunnel Uprising'.
2) Silwan Tunnel Network (Wadi Hilweh): —includes: Deep excavations below the Wadi Hilweh neighborhood, south of Al-Aqsa, reaching the southwestern corner of the mosque, causing landslides and wide cracks in the homes of the Jerusalemites.
3) Hammam Al-Ayn Tunnel:—began in 2004, aiming to connect historical underground halls with the Western Tunnel, extending below the Hammam Al-Ayn Waqf on Wadi Road.
4) Excavations south and southwest of Al-Aqsa:—these excavations began at the end of 1967, and included digging (70) meters deep (14) meters, under the southern wall, harming the Islamic Museum and the Women's Mosque.
5) Bab Al-Qattanin Tunnel:—the enemy attempts repeated digging, most notably by the Zionist enemy in 1981, to reach the area around Sabil Qaitbay, inside the Al-Aqsa courtyards.
6) Chain of Generations Hall:—a large hall was dug and equipped with sound and light effects, below an area near Bab Al-Magharibah, to promote the Zionist narrative ((quoted)).

The above has leaked, regarding the major and dangerous works completed under Al-Aqsa Mosque, and here I find it necessary to remind of the goals of these constructions, according to the same sources that leaked the details of the activities under Al-Aqsa Mosque, and they are:—
A) Searching for the alleged Temple of Solomon:—to try to prove a historical Zionist presence.
B) Structural undermining of Al-Aqsa Mosque:—by weakening its foundations, ((making it susceptible to collapse)), in the event of an earthquake.
C) Judaization and changing landmarks:—by erasing Islamic and Umayyad landmarks, and creating an underground Jewish city, allowing settlers access to the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque ((quoted)).

Many expectations crossed my mind regarding the reasons that may have prompted the Zionist enemy to close Al-Aqsa Mosque for more than a continuous month, without any signs of resolution represented by opening its doors to Muslim worshippers. Despite the difficulty of predicting due to the extreme secrecy, I will present some expectations that I see as dangerous, and possibly forthcoming — God forbid — because the Zionist enemy possesses these options and their tools, which are in its hands, and they include:—
1) One of the reasons for this long closure might be the enemy's thought of (bombing) Al-Aqsa Mosque during the ongoing war, and blaming Iran, distracting us with a hateful sectarian war.
2) Perhaps the enemy exploits the current situation (and blows up) Al-Aqsa Mosque with any destructive means it possesses, along with the United States of America, which are many and diverse.
3) Exploiting the period of (President Trump’s) presidency, gaining his support and full endorsement, when proceeding to (demolish) Al-Aqsa Mosque.
4) I see that the closure of the Church of the Resurrection, and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron coinciding with the closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque, perhaps (to distract attention), from what is being plotted and planned to harm Al-Aqsa Mosque.
5) Or perhaps there are (essential services) that must be connected to the facilities that have been accomplished under Al-Aqsa Mosque, and their implementation requires a complete evacuation to cover up what is happening, and to complete those works in secrecy.
6) Years ago, I read that the enemy plans (to connect an electric train) to the buildings it accomplished under Al-Aqsa Mosque.
7) And I also read years ago that the enemy plans (to connect a cable car service), to those buildings.
8) Perhaps it was necessary for the enemy (to build new facilities and buildings) and they might be massive, requiring evacuation.
9) Or perhaps they plan to demolish it now, (with an artificial seismic event), considering the presence of President Trump in power, and concurrent with the ongoing war, as perfect timing for its demolition.

This is what the Zionist enemy did, is doing, and is scheming to do in Al-Aqsa Mosque, where the enemy has made significant changes to the reality. And we still do not care enough about the dangers of what is happening, to take strong stances, and decisive and firm actions. It seems that the Arab and Islamic worlds have been content with issuing statements of condemnation and disapproval, some reluctantly. Moreover, positions of the official and public international community have not been activated, at least, hoping we might obtain a response that preserves Al-Aqsa Mosque from the plots of the schemers.

You have none but Allah, O Masra of the Messenger of Allah, our Prophet Muhammad, upon him be the best of prayer and the most complete submission, and there is no power or strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Almighty.

And I conclude with sadness and despair gripping me, as I remember praying many times in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque:
1) As said by the giant of poetry, the great poet Professor Nizar Qabbani:
Until I tired of kneeling I asked about Muhammad, in you, and about Jesus O Jerusalem, O city that breathes prophets, O shortest path between earth and heaven, O Jerusalem O beacon of laws, O beautiful girl with burnt fingers, Your eyes are sad, O city of the Virgin, O shady oasis passed by the Messenger, Your street stones are sad, your minaret mosques are sad, O Jerusalem, O beautiful, wrapped in black, Who rings the bells in the Church of the Resurrection? On Sunday morning, who brings toys to the children? On Christmas night.

2) And as said by the wonderful Jordanian poet, Professor Ayman Al-Otoum:
Take me to Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyard / Let me die at its gate during the sacred months
For it is the closest of lands altogether.. / to the sky, and the longing heart is thirsty.
