Khaberni - The Emirate of Sharjah announced today, Sunday, about controlling a fire at Khorfakkan Port resulting from debris after an attack by Iran.
The Emirate of Sharjah explained that the accident resulted in the injury of 4 residents at the port incident, one of them severely.
Khorfakkan Port is an important center for transit shipping in the region, thanks to its capabilities to connect ports of the Gulf, Europe, the Indian subcontinent, and North Africa. Additionally, the location of the port itself is suitable for shipping lines with large shipments to reach different parts of the Emirates.
Today, the UAE dealt with 10 missiles, including 9 ballistic and one cruise missile, alongside 50 Iranian drones, without recording any deaths or injuries, while the hostile Iranian attacks against the Gulf countries entered their sixth week.
