Khaberni - Today, Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, visited the Aqaba governorate, including the governor's house, the specialized civil defense center in the South Industrial Zone, and the Al-Durra border center.
Al-Faraya began his visit at the governor's house, where he met with the Governor of Aqaba, Ayman Al-Awaisheh, in the presence of the administrative governors of the governorate.
During the meeting, Al-Faraya discussed a series of issues and topics related to work.
He reviewed the measures taken to maintain the security of the citizens and residents, and the general safety plans in the governorate were also discussed.
The Minister of Interior also inspected the civil defense center specialized in the South Industrial Zone, listening to explanations on readiness and the plans set out for dealing with potential incidents.
Al-Faraya concluded his tour with a visit to the Al-Durra border center, inspected the new border project, and heard from the concerned parties about the improvements that will be made to the existing border center to enhance the services and improve the working environment.
