Sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment Moroccan judiciary convicts defendants in human trafficking and minor exploitation case

Khaberni - The Primary Felony Chamber at the Tangier Court of Appeals condemned a famous content creator and a woman to a definitive 6-year prison term for each, along with imposing substantial financial fines on both.

This conviction follows charges of "human trafficking" and legal violations involving a minor, after more than four months since the trial that drew significant public attention began.

The Primary Felony Chamber in Tangier issued a 6-year definitive imprisonment ruling against the well-known content creator "Moulinex" and "Umm Adam Binshiqrun," after convicting them of exploiting the minor Adam Binshiqrun. Additionally, in the verdict issued in the early hours of Wednesday, April 1, the court fined the defendants one million dirhams each.

Informed sources revealed that Adam Binshiqrun, the main victim in the case, explicitly accused his mother and "Moulinex" of exploiting him and luring him to private gatherings at luxurious locations, for the purpose of exploiting him for large sums of money by foreigners.

Adam Binshiqrun also disclosed details of being lured to a party in Marrakech when he was a minor, where he was placed in a trunk of a car to a luxury villa, and there he suffered sexual exploitation, alongside the misuse of his identity in business and financial transactions by "Moulinex," charges which the latter denied, claiming himself to be a victim as well.

This testimony indicates the existence of a network operating in this field, luring minors to closed locations for sexual exploitation using ambiguous methods, warranting vigilance and severe deterrence against those involved in these crimes.
