Khaberni - The Media Office of the Government of Umm Al Quwain confirmed on Wednesday that the competent authorities in the Emirate dealt with an incident that occurred near one of the facilities in the Umm Al Thoub Industrial Area, resulting from falling shrapnel due to the successful interception of a drone by air defenses.
The Media Office stated that the incident resulted in the injury of a person of Indian nationality.
The Media Office of the Government of Fujairah had earlier stated on Wednesday that the competent authorities in Fujairah dealt with an incident that occurred at a farm in the Riffa area, resulting from falling shrapnel due to the successful interception of a drone by air defenses.
The Media Office of the Government of Fujairah mentioned that the incident resulted in the death of a person of Bangladeshi nationality.
