Khaberni - A U.S. official confirmed that the United States targeted a large ammunition depot in Iran with bunker-busting bombs, indicating that U.S. President Donald Trump recently documented this strike.
The official announced to the "Wall Street Journal" that the depot targeting was in the city of Isfahan with bombs weighing 2000 pounds each.
He said: "A large number of bunker-busting bombs, or penetrating munitions, were used in the strike."
President Trump published on Sunday evening on the platform "Truth Social," a video without commentary showing a series of explosions lighting up the night sky. The official confirmed that this video documents the strike.
During the war on Iran, which has lasted a month, American forces targeted more than 11,000 sites, focusing significantly on locations that weaken Iran's offensive capabilities.
However, officials in the U.S. administration announced that Trump is ready to end the war against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed and postponing the mission to reopen it to a later time.
