Khaberni - The musician Dr. Mohammad Wasif was elected by acclamation as the Deputy of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate, and his selection as the Deputy is a culmination of the artists' trust in his academic and professional experience. He is considered one of the prominent names in both the academic and artistic fields. In the same acclamation, the director Firas Al-Masri was elected as Secretary, the musician Dirgham Bishnaq as Treasurer, the artist Mohammad Al-Marashdeh as Head of the Drama Affairs Committee, and the artist Rami Shafiq as Head of the Music Affairs Committee.
The elections conducted by the Jordanian Artists Syndicate on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Royal Cultural Center, were held in a democratic atmosphere with wide participation from the members of the general body, resulting in the victory of the director Dr. Hani Al-Jarah as the head of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate.
