Khaberni - The UAE Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday that the air defense systems are currently countering attacks with ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones coming from Iran, confirming that the sounds heard in various parts of the country are from ongoing and successful interception operations.
The ministry explained that the air defenses dealt with 42 drones and 16 ballistic missiles during these attacks, while total statistics since the beginning of the assaults indicate the interception of 1914 drones, 414 ballistic missiles, and 15 cruise missiles.
The ministry urged calm and adherence to safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities, emphasizing the importance of not approaching, touching, or photographing any debris resulting from interception operations.
