Khaberni - An Egyptian blogger tragically died after falling from the top of an abandoned hotel while filming a video to be posted on the "TikTok" platform to achieve high views.
The incident occurred in the Al-Haram area of Giza governorate, where the girl, who worked as a "TikToker," fell from the 12th floor of an abandoned hotel. Her body was transferred to the hospital morgue under the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities.
The operations room received a report about a girl falling from the top of the abandoned hotel, resulting in severe injuries that instantly killed her; security forces moved to the site and learned that the girl had climbed to the twelfth floor to film a video aimed at increasing viewership and followers on social media platforms. However, she lost her balance and fell, resulting in her death.
Security investigations clarified that the girl was 26 years old and had recently joined the social media world. She had gone up to the top of the hotel with two friends who worked in security inside the abandoned hotel.
The three girls took the elevator to the 12th floor, and the deceased girl did not notice an opening in the elevator, which led to her falling from the 12th floor and her death.
The relevant authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident and the conditions under which it occurred.
